美国芯片供应商要求 放宽对华为销售禁令

San Francisco/Washington (Reuters) - huawei technologies co. 's U.S. chip supplier is quietly pressing the U.S. government to ease a sales ban on the Chinese telecom equipment giant, according to reports.

路透社引述多名消息人士报道,英特尔(Intel)和赛灵思(Xilinx)的高管上月底同美国商务部官员开会,就华为被列入黑名单一事进行了讨论;

Executives from Intel and Xilinx met with Commerce Department officials late last month to discuss huawei's blacklisting, Reuters reported, citing several sources.

Huawei spends nearly 100 billion yuan on parts

A spokesman for the Commerce Department said it regularly responds to inquiries about the scope of regulations and that the conversations "do not affect enforcement actions."
